Annual General Meeting 2025
Held every second Thursday at 6:00 PM in the Community Centre with live video links. All registered residents are welcome to observe proceedings and review monthly operational reports.
Our primary annual homeowner assembly takes place at the Community Centre on June 12 at 6:00 PM. We will review fiscal statements, security enhancements, and elect committee officers.
Quarterly Resident Townhall
An informal open dialogue session covering village maintenance, parish water supply notices, and green space projects. Join us in person or through the resident portal stream.
Entrance Gate & Security Upgrades
The executive committee recently completed full repairs on the main entry gates and restored perimeter lighting along Coral Spring Boulevard. Landscaping teams also refreshed surrounding green spaces with native flora.
Detailed cost breakdowns and vendor contracts for these entrance gate repairs are available for inspection by verified homeowners at the village administrative office during weekday opening hours.
Submit Meeting Questions
Homeowners wishing to raise specific infrastructure items or neighborhood inquiries during the open floor session must lodge their questions three days prior to the assembly.
